Shipping
The following delivery charges apply per order (delivery).
Domestic: 800 yen per order (nationwide), 1,000 yen per order (Hokkaido/Okinawa)
Outside Japan: Asia (Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, China, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines) from 4,980 yen
South Asia (India) from 5,980 yen
Oceania (Australia and New Zealand) from 5,980 yen
Europe (UK, Italy, Australia, Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Denmark, Germany, Greece,
Czech Republic, France, Finland, Norway, Belgium, Poland, Portugal) from 6,800 yen
Central and South America (Mexico) from 5,980 yen
North America (U.S.A., Canada) from 5,980 yen
Generally, orders will arrive 2–3 business days after shipping is completed. For remote islands and certain areas, delivery may take 3–4 business days. Please note that in regions affected by natural disasters or large-scale events, delivery times may vary. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Once we confirm the payment using your selected payment method, we will ship the product.

We ship using YAMATO TRANSPORT GLOBAL.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a 'Shipping Confirmation Email.' For detailed inquiries about delivery location specifications and services, please contact the delivery company directly.
Due to holiday closures during the following periods, we are unable to process product shipments or respond to inquiries. Orders placed before the holidays will be handled sequentially once operations resume.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if requested within 7 days of the product's arrival. Please note that, except in cases of shipping errors or defective items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. For more details, please refer to the page titled "Information Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions."
The return conditions require that the product is unused and in the same condition as when received. Please use the original packaging materials for the return. To complete the return, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, and shipping costs are not included in the refund. Please submit your application via the contact page.

We accept credit cards (such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.).
Account Management
From the top page, open the login page by clicking the Mogin icon, then click "Register New Member," fill out the form, and press the submit button to complete the registration.
You can go to the password recovery page from the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. Follow the instructions to receive an email and change your password.
